▢ 2 oz tequila

▢ 1 oz triple sec

▢ 1 oz simple syrup

▢ tajin

1. Place your watermelon juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake until the drink is chilled.

Making fresh watermelon juice is easy! Simply remove the rind of a small watermelon. Then place pieces of watermelon into the blender and blend until smooth. Once it’s all blended, strain the mixture with a fine-mesh strainer.

Elderflower Gin Fizz

A perfect springtime cocktail. I love Elderflower as it gives the drinks a nice tang and this one combined with gin and lemon flavors is really good.

▢ 1 1/2 oz Empress 1908 Gin

▢ 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur

▢ 1 oz fresh Lemon juice

▢ 3 oz Seltzer for top

▢ 1 egg white

▢ 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

▢ Lemon Slices for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare your lemon for garnish and set aside.

2. Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to your shaker. Shake a few times to mix ingredients and get it a little foamy.

3. Add the ice to the shaker and shake well, about 10-15 hard shakes.

4. Strain into a cocktail glass of your choice.

5. Place one end of your twist-handled bar spoon into the drink and slowly and carefully pour the seltzer directly onto the handle of the spoon. The seltzer will trickle down the handle without spilling. (You may need to practice a few times to get this right!)

6. When the foam climbs above the top of the serving glass, stop pouring the seltzer and remove the bar spoon from the glass.

7. Add your garnish and serve immediately.
